Dear United Nations, Religion is NOT a HUMAN.

It is extremely disappointing and troubling that on Thursday, the U.N has adopted a resolution on religious defamation, making it a human rights violation, despite petitions by more than 50 different countries.

The United Nations' own Universal Declaration of Human Rights were drafted to protect the rights of HUMANS. As far as we know, religion is NOT a HUMAN.

To restrict freedom of expression and discussion about such an important subject as religion, especially with its widespread ramifications for the world today, is not, and should not be a charter of the U.N.
